1. Call to order with a prayer

2. Minutes of the September 13, 2009 meeting approved

3. Announcements

            a. Blood Drive

            b. Columbiettes tea party

            c. Fund drive for the flood victims in the Philippines

            d. School Fall Festival

            e. Christ Renews His Parish men’s Retreat for the Hispanic community

4. Reports:

            a. Saint Joseph School (G.R.A.C.E. Program) – Donavan gave out all information about GRACE and answers questions.

            b. Liturgy Committee – Some changes in music direction at 6 o’clock mass. We have plans for a mass at Christmas for overflow in the parish hall.

            c. Stewardship Committee – Ben reports that there are plans for a future meeting and work with a representative from the archdiocese.

            d. Development Committee – Mark has plans to work with a committee to take on the task of development in lieu of a development director.

5. New Business:

            a. Do we need a retreat in January? Ellen and Mary will look at dates for the retreat and set a location and goals.

6.  Epps Bridge Project:

            a. Father summarized the work being done to finalize the plans for the project.

            b. Discussion of plans for the new building
