St. Joseph Catholic Church
Parish-Wide Planning Study Begins!
We need your help TO PLAN FOR THE FUTURE OF ST. JOSEPH PARISH AND SCHOOL
As you know, during the past few years, St. Joseph has been actively engaged in developing a Master Plan for the purchase of property and construction of our new parish and school facilities. At this time our parish leadership is very happy to announce that we begun the next step: a Planning Study in preparation of conducting a parish-wide capital campaign.
As we prepare for the capital campaign, we ask for the advice of our Catholic Community, which is essential. Your participation in this study is an important factor in making this project a success. Your input will enable us to formulate a plan of action, and together we can make educated projections concerning the campaign and property development.
To assist us, the parish has retained Guidance In Giving, Inc., a professional Catholic stewardship and development consulting firm, to conduct the study. This firm works solely with Catholic parishes, schools and dioceses. Their representatives have the knowledge and experience to help us formulate an appropriate plan of action and to make recommendations regarding the implementation of a successful capital campaign for our development needs.
THIS STUDY IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO GET INFORMED AND GET INVOLVED! PLEASE TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO HELP ST. JOSEPH!
Every registered family will receive a personal invitation from Father McGuinness to participate in the Planning Study in one of two ways:
A Mail Survey will be sent next week to all families registered at St. Joseph Church and School. All families are asked to complete the Survey and return it to the parish by Sunday, February 5th (Yes… Super Bowl Sunday!)
At the same time, personal interviews are being conducted with a cross-section of our parish congregation. If you would like to be interviewed, please call the parish office. Leave your name and a Study Volunteer will contact you to schedule an interview.
The findings from the questions asked in the study are intended to give the parish an accurate view of the support that can be expected from the parishioners and school families.
Father McGuinness and the Campaign Committee thank you in advance for your advice and counsel as they make plans for the upcoming project.
Be assured that the information you provide will be kept completely confidential.
